Totally agree with this. I make an effort (and it can be a real effort) to use some of the time my baby sleeps to do things I want to do - like reading or writing - not the ironing, accounts or cooking.
And I feel better for it, and therefore, feel like a better Mummy.
It threw me not to have you “front row” - I may do it again for those who missed it because I know how many things have to go well for a mum to be free at 8pm
