thank you for your honesty. as a twin mom who had 4 kids under 5 years I can relate to this so much, I believe our system is set up for women to constantly feel insufficient, it’s a similar concept to what i wrote about on Monday in my newsletter as well. Not sure what the answer is, but I think focusing on being authentic and speaking our truth, is a good first step.
